In partnership with the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR), we are pleased to provide customers with geospatial services, products, and supporting software as a selected vendor of the Department of Information Resources, Contract DIR-CPO-6012. Warranty and return policiesDuring the warranty period of 1 year from the date of delivery to the DIR, or as specified in the applicable order or scope of work, Fugro warrants that the services, deliverables, products, as authorized and provided by Fugro under this Contract, shall meet or exceed the requirements listed in the order or scope of work. Fugro shall correct, at no additional cost to the DIR, errors identified during the warranty period that result in Fugro's failure to meet the project specifications or its contractual obligations. |
